We undertake to supply any item from Fulling Mill's current catalogue, Veniard's current product range not just the top 50 or so items or patterns. We can be contacted via email, telephone, letter or fax. We can normally be contacted by telephone between the hours of 09:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, or 0.900am and 04.00pm on Fridays with the exception of Public Holidays. The purchasing process Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the catalogue and click on any items that you wish to purchase. When you have finished just click on the "Checkout" button, you will then be prompted for the further information we require to satisfy your order. You may cancel your order at any time, just putting items into the "basket" is not a commitment to buy. Shipping £1.50 in the UK, £3.00 in Europe and £5.00 for the rest of the World. We aim to process your order within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), hopefully sooner and all orders are dispatched by First Class post (please note that First Class post only guarantees delivery within 3 working days, although it is usually quicker). There are occasions when we and our suppliers are extra busy that it will take longer. There are also occasions when an item is not in stock with either us or our suppliers and when such situations arise we will not substitute any item or size without your prior instruction. We do not hold items on back order unless requested to do so by you. Credit card security. We know of no documented case of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held as clear text on any web site. For your security in the post, the credit card receipt sent to you with the order will not show the full card details. Should you ever be dissatisfied with the service we provide please e-mail complaints@flybuyer.co.uk or telephone (numbers above) and ask to speak to Ian Fazakerley. We will try to resolve any complaint within 5 working days or sooner if possible. |

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. Cancellations Rights You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receipt (although the law only requires a 7 day "cooling off period") without the need to give reason for return. We refund the total value of your order, including postage within 30 days of cancellation. We require that any returned goods are sent by registered post at your expense and returned in good condition. Please ensure that returned goods are well packed to prevent possible injury to postal workers or damage to goods.
